Here's something we did for Chanuka
but there's no reason it couldn't be done elsewhere, otherwise, or
anytime. Stick one of the chocolate Chanuka gelt coins into the
scanner (at least 300 dpi), upscale the image via Photoshop or a
variety of other image utilities included free with most scanners,
cameras, etc., and print on light cardstock. Cut out and you have
a cute little notecard or invitation or...what-have-you.
These were used, filled with flowers,
as table decorations. And later, the hostesses took them home as
thank-you gifts with thank-you notes attached thereto. Below,
dimestore vases were filled with candy and sealed with plastic film
wrap. A good time was had by all.
