The closest thing we have to an
all-purpose protein additive is the humble frozen tilapia. Take a
slab out of the bag and throw it into your
ramen, chickpea, or lentil
soup. In the time it takes to heat up the soup, the fish has
thawed and cooked. It enriches the flavor of an otherwise
all-vegetable medley, and provides a nice and tasty nutritional
supplement.
